  • Cheese – 500 g.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Chicken egg – 2 pieces.
  • Semolina – 4 tbsp.
  • Milk – 100 ml.
  • Cocoa powder – 1 st.l.
  • Vanilla.
  • Salt – a pinch.

Let’s start by rubbing the cheese through a sieve (you can beat it with a blender) so that there are no lumps.

Next, beat the eggs together with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add cottage cheese and semolina to the beaten eggs. Mix everything well. Pour in the milk and mix everything thoroughly again.

We divide our cheese mass in half. Add cocoa to one of the parts and mix again.

We take a silicone mold (or any suitable for the microwave) and alternately spread both cheese masses with spoons. We put the form in a microwave oven at a power of 600 W. for 12 minutes.
