Preparation of cheese casserole with pineapple

Separate 1 egg yolk. Beat the white and the rest of the eggs with sugar.

Raisins are washed and poured with boiling water for 10 minutes. Put it on a sieve, let all the water drain.

Cheese is mixed with semolina, grated lemon peel, vanilla sugar and raisins. Pour in the beaten eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly.

Place the pineapple slices and cherries on the bottom of a round shape greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Spread the cheese mixture on top. Beat the remaining egg yolk and brush the surface of the casserole with it.

Bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. until ready.
