Cheese lasagna with mushrooms – an interesting and unusual dish. It can be prepared according to your own taste preferences. So, mushrooms – champignons, which are proposed to be used in the recipe, can be replaced with any other, your favorite mushrooms. You can also experiment with cheeses. The ingredients are simple.

Ingredients for making cheese lasagna with mushrooms

Preparation of cheese lasagna with mushrooms:

Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater separately, in different containers.

Heat the pan with oil. Peel, cut and fry the onion and garlic. Add the washed and chopped mushrooms (in this case, porcini mushrooms) to the onion and garlic. Simmer a little.

Prepare the sauce: put butter on a heated pan, heat it. Add flour and mix so that lumps do not form. We fry. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add ground nutmeg, salt. Stir all the time so that lumps do not form. Cook to a consistency like sour cream.

Next, we cook sheets for lasagna. Boil the leaves in parts for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, carefully remove the leaves on a colander. Next, on a large flat plate.

We take a form in which we will prepare cheese lasagna with mushrooms. We lay out everything gradually in layers.

1st layer: grease the form with butter, lay out the boiled sheets of lasagna so that they overlap each other by 0,5 cm. On top, lay out the fried mushrooms. Spread our sauce (in a thin layer) on the mushrooms, sprinkle with Gouda cheese.

2nd layer: lay out boiled sheets of lasagna, as on the first layer. Spread Gouda cheese and Parmesan cheese on the leaves. Spread the boiled sheets of lasagna on top of the cheese.

3rd layer (last layer): spread the remaining sauce on the laid out sheets and spread it evenly over the surface. Sprinkle plenty of Russian cheese on top.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the cheese lasagna with mushrooms for 40 minutes until ready. After getting our lasagna, let it stand for 20-30 minutes so that the cheese does not spread.
