Cheese roll with chicken and mushrooms – ingredients
- Cheese – 500 g.
- Eggs – 3 pieces.
- Mayonnaise – 1 st.l.
- Chicken fillet – 2 pieces.
- Mushrooms – 300 g.
- Onion – 1 piece.
- Mild ketchup – 4 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
- Salt pepper.
- Seasoning for chicken.
Cheese roll with chicken and mushrooms – recipe
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Add a spoonful of oil to the heated pan, pour the mushrooms, fry until the liquid evaporates completely. Remove the mushrooms from the pan, add finely chopped onions. Fry until transparent. Add mushrooms, mix, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the fillet into pieces (as for chops), beat well. Salt and pepper on both sides.
Mix ketchup with soy sauce.
Grate cheese on a carrot grater, add eggs and mayonnaise. We cover a 25×35 form with parchment, spread the curd mixture, level it. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. At the end of baking, remove the parchment from the still hot cheese.
We smear the entire surface of the cheese cake with ketchup and soy sauce, put the chicken fillet on top (leave one edge 2-3 cm empty), sprinkle with spices for chicken, and spread the mushrooms on top. Carefully roll up the roll to the empty edge.
Put the roll in a baking dish, put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
After that, you can cut it and serve the roll hot, or leave it until it cools completely and serve it as an appetizer.
