Cheese roll with minced meat and mushrooms – ingredients

  • For the cheese cake:
  • Hard cheese (such that it melts well) – 600 g.
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 st.l.
  • For the filling:
  • Minced meat – 400 g.
  • Mushrooms – 250 g.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp.
  • Paprika.
  • Salt pepper.

Cheese roll with minced meat and mushrooms – recipe

Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, fry in a pan, leave to cool. Add to minced meat, mix.

Cut the onion into small cubes, fry until transparent. Add to the minced meat together with other ingredients. Salt, pepper.

Grate cheese on a carrot grater, add eggs and mayonnaise, mix well. Line the form (23×23) with parchment, transfer the cheese mass, level it. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully separate the parchment.

Spread the filling on the cheese cake (leave about 2 cm from one edge), roll it into a roll. Put the roll in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes (180 degrees).

After baking, let the roll cool down, cut it.
