First, preheat the oven to 90 degrees. Cheese must be grated on a coarse grater. Now cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment, evenly distribute the cheese on it. Place the tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Bake the base for cheese rolluntil the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
