Cheesecake is traditional, tasty and easy to prepare. This cheesecake always goes well. Based on the traditional cheesecake recipe, you can add lemon (orange) peel, dried fruits, candied fruit to it. But even without additional ingredients, the cheesecake will taste very good.
Traditional cheese curd – ingredients
- Cheese (thrice ground) – 1 kg.
- Oil – 250
- Powdered sugar – 1,25 cups.
- Eggs – 6 pieces.
- Vanilla sugar – 20 g.
- Cream (from 30%) – 150 ml.
- Starch – 4 tbsp.

Traditional cheesecake – recipe
Beat the butter to a soft creamy mass, add one yolk at a time, alternating with a tablespoon of powdered sugar (add a yolk, beat until combined, a spoonful of powder, beat, etc.), beat well each time.
Reduce the speed of the mixer, add portions of ground cheese, beat until smooth. Add vanilla sugar, cream, starch in turn, mix until smooth.
Beat the egg whites to a stable foam, carefully mix them into the cheese mass.
We grease the form (d=26 cm) with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread the cheese mass, level it.
Bake the cheesecake at a temperature of 170 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door ajar.
Sprinkle the cooled cheesecake with powdered sugar or pour it with chocolate glaze.
