  • Cheese ground three times – 1120 g.
  • Sugar – 260 g.
  • Oil – 260
  • Eggs – 9 pieces.
  • Cream pudding – 1 package.
  • Orange flavoring – a few drops.
  • For the icing:
  • Oil – 200
  • Powdered sugar – 4/5 cup.
  • Water – 1 tbsp.
  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoon
  • Vodka or rum – 3 tbsp.

Sponge cake

Separate the proteins from the yolks.

Beat the egg whites until thick foam, add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well at the highest speed of the mixer each time. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it to the egg mass, carefully knead it with a spatula.

Cover the bottom of the mold (25×35) with parchment. Spread the dough, level it. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Leave to cool. Cut into two cakes.

Curd mass

Beat the butter with sugar to a soft creamy mass, add the yolks one by one, beat. Add grated cheese, pudding and flavoring, beat briefly, just until the ingredients are combined.

Beat the egg whites to a stable foam, carefully mix them into the cheese mass.

Glaze

Melt the butter, add the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. When the mixture begins to thicken slightly, remove from heat, set aside.

Form the cheesecake

We put the sponge cake in a form, fill it with half of the glaze, and spread half of the cheese. Cover with the second sponge cake, pour the rest of the glaze, spread the rest of the cheese mass.

Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for about an hour. After cooling, decorate the cheesecake according to your own tastes and preferences.
