Cheesecake “Snickers” – a simple cheesecake recipe especially for fans of the bars of the same name. Tender, rich in taste, well chilled – it will taste very well both in summer and in winter with hot coffee.

Cheesecake “Snickers” – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Butter (or margarine) – 115 g.
  • Flour – 240 g.
  • Sugar – 70 g.
  • For the cheese mass:
  • Cheese – 900 g.
  • Eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Oil – 150
  • Sugar – 220 g.
  • Vanilla sugar – 20 g.
  • Starch – 3 tbsp.
  • Snickers bars – 5 pieces.
  • Additionally:
  • Cocoa – for sprinkling.

Cheesecake “Snickers” – recipe

Knead a soft buttery dough. We put it in a form (d=26 cm), covered with parchment, form a border (about 3 cm). Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Grind the cheese in a meat grinder 2-3 times.

Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar to a light, fluffy mass, gradually add grated cheese, constantly beating. Add the eggs one at a time, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer until completely combined.

Add starch and chopped bars, mix gently. Spread the mass on a previously prepared cake, bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 60 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cheesecake with cocoa and send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. And only then take it out of the mold and cut it into portioned pieces. Bon appetit!
