Cheesecake three chocolates (no baking)

Cheesecake 3 chocolates (no baking) – the perfect dessert for chocolate lovers. Gentle cheese mass with a rich chocolate flavor is a real chocolate delight. And such a dessert is prepared quite quickly and simply.

Cheesecake 3 chocolates (without baking) – ingredients

  • Cheese (thrice ground) – 1 kg.
  • Dark chocolate – 200 g.
  • Milk chocolate – 200 g.
  • White chocolate – 200 g.
  • Cream (from 30%) – 300 ml.
  • Powdered sugar – 10 tbsp.
  • Gelatin – 3 tbsp.
  • For the icing:
  • Milk chocolate – 80 g.
  • Cream (from 30%) – 80 ml.

Black chocolate

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, cool to room temperature.

Dissolve a spoonful of gelatin in 50 ml of water, cool to room temperature.

Beat 100 ml of cream to a thick lush cream.

Beat a third of the cheese (room temperature) with chocolate. Add 1 tbsp to the gelatin. of curd mass, mix well, add hardened gelatin to the curd mass, beat well. Add 6 tbsp. powdered sugar and whipped cream, carefully mix.

Pour the mass into a mold (d=22 cm), the bottom of which is covered with cling film. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Milk chocolate

Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath, cool to room temperature.

Dissolve a spoonful of gelatin in 50 ml of water, cool to room temperature.

Beat 100 ml of cream to a thick lush cream.

Beat a third of the cheese (room temperature) with chocolate. Add 1 tbsp to the gelatin. of curd mass, mix well, add hardened gelatin to the curd mass, beat well. Add 4 tbsp. powdered sugar and whipped cream, carefully mix.

Pour the first layer into the form, put it again in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.

White chocolate

Melt white chocolate in a water bath, cool to room temperature.

Dissolve a spoonful of gelatin in 50 ml of water, cool to room temperature.

Beat 100 ml of cream to a thick lush cream.

Beat a third of the cheese (room temperature) with chocolate. Add 1 tbsp to the gelatin. of curd mass, mix well, add hardened gelatin to the curd mass, beat well. Add whipped cream, mix gently.

Pour into the mold on the second chocolate layer, put again in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Glaze

Finely chop the milk chocolate.

Heat the cream almost to boiling, remove from heat, add milk chocolate. Leave for 2 minutes, stir until smooth.

Cool, grease the cheesecake on top.
