A recipe for making sorbet with cherries

  • Milk – 200 ml.
  • Sugar – 150 g.

We squeeze the pits out of the cherries, put them in a thick-walled pan, pour milk, add sugar. We put the pan on a small fire, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the pan from the water, let it cool a little and add lemon juice. Pour the contents of the pan into a blender and mix thoroughly until smooth. We pour it into a container for freezing and send it to the freezer for 1,5-2 hours.

After 1,5-2 hours, take the container out of the freezer and beat the sorbet mixture with a blender, put it back in the freezer for 1 hour. We repeat this procedure 2-3 times every hour to crush the ice crystals.

Put the finished sorbet on serving plates, dipping a spoon in warm water.

You can decorate with a whole cherry and a mint leaf.
