Chicken broth
Broth is a liquid broth made from meat, fish or vegetables. Today we suggest cooking chicken broth, which is very easy and quick to prepare. Such a broth is easily absorbed, so it is very suitable even for a weakened body.
Necessary products for cooking chicken broth
- Chicken wings – 3 pcs.
- Onions – 1 pcs.
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
- Black pepper, peas – 3-4 pcs.
- Black pepper, ground – to taste.
- Salt – to taste.
- Allspice, peas – 2 pcs.
- Fresh dill – 1-2 sprigs.
Preparation of chicken broth
1. Wash the chicken wings, remove the feathers and cut them in half. We clean the onion from the upper husk.
2. Wash the dill and cut it thin enough.
3. Pour water into the pan, put the wings and bring to a boil. Remove the foam. We put bay leaves, peas of black and allspice.
4. We also add a whole onion.
5. Boil the broth for 20-25 minutes over moderate heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Next, we take the onion out of the pan, it has already given off its aromas.
6. Add dill to the finished broth. Cover with a lid and let the broth infuse.
