Chicken Chops Shu Shu

Chicken Chops Shu Shu will surprise you not only with its name, but also with its excellent taste, aroma and appearance. It would seem like ordinary poultry meat. but a special marinade gives it originality. Such chops can be made not only from chicken, but also from turkey or goose. Shu Shu chicken chops – ingredients

  • Chicken breast – about 650 g.
  • Starch – 4 tbsp.
  • Yolks – 3 pieces.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Yogurt – 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic – 2 clove.
  • Paprika – tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (flat without a top).
  • Pepper is a good pinch.
  • Hot red pepper – a pinch.
  • Oil for frying.

Shu Shu chicken chops – cooking recipe

Cut the chicken breast crosswise into flat pieces, about 2 cm thick. Cut out the veins and cartilage. Lightly beat each piece so that the thickness is about 1 cm.

Put starch, egg yolks, yogurt (you can replace it with sour cream), oil, garlic squeezed with a garlic press (you can replace 1 teaspoon of dried), paprika, salt and pepper in a wide bowl.

Mix well all the ingredients for the marinade, dip all the pieces of chicken into it. The meat can be fried immediately, but it is better to leave it in the marinade for at least an hour.

Pour oil into a large pan (so that it covers the bottom). We turn on the fire to medium power, let the oil warm up well.

We put the chops on the pan.

***WARNING. *** Chops should be well covered with marinade on both sides.

Fry on both sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve with your favorite side dish.
