  • chicken fillet – 700 g.
  • sesame – 100 g.
  • eggs – 1 pcs.

  • flour – 1 tbsp.
  • soy sauce – 1,5 tbsp.
  • sunflower oil – 20 ml.
  • fresh dill – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 1 clove.
  • sour cream – 150
  • ground paprika – 0,5 tsp.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

How to cook chicken cutlets with sesame

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and dry. Cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.

Peel the onion, cut it and stew it a little in oil. When the onion is slightly fried, pass it through a meat grinder. We add it to the minced meat. Beat the egg and also add it to the minced meat.

Soy sauce, flour and sunflower oil (if desired) are added one by one to the minced chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
