Chicken fillet baked with cauliflower in the oven

Chicken fillet with cauliflower in the oven – ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
  • Cauliflower – 1 pc.
  • Carrot – 2 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc. (not big).
  • Soy sauce ~ 100 ml.
  • Oil (olive or unrefined) -5 tbsp.
  • Suneli hop seasoning or other dried herbs – 1 tbsp.
  • Curry seasoning – 1 tsp.

Chicken fillet with cauliflower in the oven – recipe

First, we marinate the meat. Wash the chicken fillet, cut into large pieces. Add soy sauce, seasonings and mix well.

Finely dice the onion and add to the chicken, mix. Let the chicken fillet marinate for 10-15 minutes, while we prepare the vegetables.

We clean the carrots, cut them into strips 5-7 cm long and up to 1 cm wide.

Wash the cauliflower and divide it into smaller florets.

We add vegetables to the fillet, pour soy sauce and oil (you can leave it for a couple of minutes so that the vegetables also get the marinade).

We rearrange everything in a glass dish for baking in the oven, cover with a lid if there is one, if not – you can use foil.

Bake for 60-75 minutes. The dish can be served warm or cold.

As a side dish, delicious mashed potatoes or boiled rice or couscous are best.
