Chicken hearts in cheese-mustard sauce

Today we will cook tender, soft chicken hearts with mushrooms in a delicious and aromatic sauce made of mustard, cream and cheese. Such hearts will taste very well with any side dish. Households will simply lick their fingers after such a dish.

Chicken hearts in cheese-mustard sauce – ingredients

  • Chicken hearts – 500 g.
  • Mushrooms – 100 g (champignons or any other).
  • Cream – 150 ml.
  • Hard cheese – 80 g.
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – to taste.

Chicken hearts in cheese-mustard sauce – preparation

Wash the chicken hearts and cut off all the excess. We put the chicken hearts on a hot pan with oil and fry them.

We wash, clean and cut the champignons into arbitrary pieces, send them to the hearts. After 3-4 minutes, add cream and mustard, salt. Mix well, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle hearts with mushrooms, mix well.

As soon as the cheese melts, remove from heat.
