Chicken in mushroom sauce
Chicken in mushroom sauce – a simple dish for the family table. Tender baked chicken in a sour cream sauce with mushrooms. A good addition to any side dish.
Chicken in mushroom sauce – ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks – 12 pieces.
- Mushrooms – ½ kg.
- Chili pepper – 2 pieces.
- Oil – 1 tbsp.
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
- Water – 1 glass.
- Salt pepper.
- Marjoram.
Chicken in mushroom sauce – recipe
Cut the champignons into slices, onion into half rings, finely chop the pepper.
Put onions in a frying pan with heated oil, fry until soft. Add mushrooms together with pepper, fry until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat.
We wash the chicken, dry it, rub it with salt, pepper and marjoram. We put it in a heat-resistant form, we put mushrooms on top.
Mix sour cream, water and flour, beat well so that there are no lumps. Pour the sauce over the chicken, put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 1,5 hours.
Baked chicken is served with potatoes or with your favorite salad.
