Cooking chicken legs marinated in persimmon:

1. Prepare the marinade. Peel the washed persimmon and cut it into 8 parts.

2. Peel garlic and onion from the upper husk. Cut the onion into 4 parts.

3. Put chopped persimmons, garlic cloves and onions in a blender bowl.

4. Grind everything thoroughly.

5. Add soy sauce, salt and black pepper to taste to the blender bowl.

6. Grind well again.

7. Wash the chicken legs thoroughly. We remove (lower) the skin to the joints.

8. Transfer the legs to a container and fill with half of the marinade. Cover the container with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

9. After 2 hours, remove the legs from the marinade and pull the skin back so that as much marinade as possible remains under the skin.

10. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put the legs. Salt and pepper the legs to taste. Lubricate them with oil. We put the tray in the oven and cook for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.

11. While the legs are cooking, prepare the sauce. Pour the remaining marinade into the saucepan and boil it for about 5 minutes at medium temperature.

12. After 5 minutes, add honey, curry, salt and black pepper to taste.

13. Stir the sauce and remove from heat.

14. We serve ready legs with sauce.
