  • Chicken fillet – (2 pcs.) 600 g.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs – 40 g.
  • Oil – for frying.
  • Black pepper, ground – to taste.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Red pepper, ground – to taste.

Preparation of schnitzel in the capital style

1. Thoroughly wash the fillet, cut out the films and veins. Cut the fillet lengthwise.

2. Wrap the fillet in cling film and carefully beat it on both sides.

3. Salt and pepper the schnitzels to taste.

4. For greasing the schnitzel, prepare mustard and mayonnaise to taste.
