  • Chicken wings – 1 kg.
  • Onion – 2 pc.
  • Salt, pepper, bay leaf.
  • Oil.
  • Lemon juice or soy sauce – optional.

We wash the chicken wings, cut them along the joints. The two meatier parts will be marinated, and the smaller one can then be used for broth or jelly.

We marinate the meat, adding salt and pepper. If desired, you can add a little more lemon juice. Leave for 15 minutes.

While the meat is marinating, peel the onion and finely chop it into cubes.

Fry the marinated meat in a pan on each side until golden. You can not worry about readiness, because we are still stewing them in the oven.

Then we take a large 30-45 cm mold (you can use glass, you can use metal) and put a finely chopped onion on the bottom, and put fried wings on top. You can add a little more water and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

We enjoy chicken wings warm with mashed potatoes, rice or vegetables.
