In a large bowl, whisk low-fat sour milk or kefir with sugar, garlic powder, and three glasses of cold water. Add 60 ml of any hot sauce and salt. Beat until the salt dissolves.

Marinate the chicken. We spread the pieces of chicken evenly into two bags with a fastener. Pour kefir sauce, close the bags hermetically, releasing the air. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 to 7 hours. If you chose wings, 1,5 hours will be enough.

In a blender, turn raspberries and 60 ml of water into a puree. Strain through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.

Add honey, smoked paprika, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce or ketchup to the sauce. Beat well and set aside.

Pour enough oil into a deep frying pan so that its level reaches 2 centimeters. Heat over high heat until the oil starts to sizzle.

Pour flour into a wide bowl. We spread the pieces of chicken from the bags to the flour and roll them so that the flour completely covers the meat.

Reduce the heat to medium and carefully place the chicken pieces in the oil. Fry the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes until a crispy golden brown crust is obtained. In the process, turn over after 6-7 minutes to the other side.
