Chinese broth with pasta
Chinese broth with pasta – a simple and tasty soup that will add variety of oriental cuisine to your menu. Chinese broth with pasta – ingredients
- Chicken broth/water – 1,5 l.
- Chicken fillet – 600 g.
- Mushrooms – 150 g.
- Rice pasta – 100 g.
- Green onions – 1/2 bunch.
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.
- Black peppercorns, salt.
Chinese broth with pasta – recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into longitudinal strips. We pepper, add soy sauce, and leave to marinate for a while.
Wash the mushrooms with a small amount of water (so that they do not absorb a lot of liquid) and cut them into slices.
Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
Put the rice pasta in a deep vessel and pour boiling water over it. Cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes to swell. Then drain and cut them into small pieces with kitchen scissors.
Bring chicken broth (or water) to a boil, add meat and mushrooms. Cook for 15-20 minutes. with the lid closed on medium heat.
Add chopped rice pasta and chopped onion to the pot. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the soup in portioned plates and, if desired, garnish with parsley.
