Cooking pork ribs in Chinese style

Wash the ribs, dry them and cut them into 1 piece.

Mix soy sauce, cognac, starch, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. We put the ribs in the marinade and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Peel and chop the garlic. Cut green onions into rings and fry in heated oil together with garlic for 2 minutes. Add the ribs and cook for 15 minutes, stirring continuously. Add hot broth and sugar, bring to a boil and simmer uncovered until all the liquid evaporates, about 20 minutes. Cut the pepper into rhombuses, put it next to the ribs and cook everything together for 3 minutes.
