Chocolate apple pie with cinnamon

Chocolate, cinnamon and apples – a magical autumn combination of flavors and aromas – that’s it chocolate apple pie with cinnamon. A simple and fragrant blanket will fit well for autumn (or winter) evening gatherings by the fireplace with hot tea and quiet family conversation.

Chocolate-apple pie with cinnamon – ingredients

  • For the chocolate cake:
  • Chocolate – 100 g.
  • Oil – 125
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup.
  • Eggs – 6 pieces.
  • Flour – 300 g.
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp.
  • Cocoa – 1 tablespoon
  • For bіskvіtu:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Flour – ¾ cup.
  • Baking powder – ¾ tsp.
  • Cinnamon – 1 tbsp.
  • For apple mass:
  • Apples – 1 kg.
  • Vanilla pudding – 2 packages.
  • Milk – 500 ml.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Oil – 125
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
  • For seepage:
  • Strong tea – ¾ cup.

Chocolate cake

Put butter, powdered sugar and cocoa on fire, heat until the ingredients are fully combined, add chocolate broken into small pieces, mix until smooth, cool, add egg yolks, beat.

Mix the flour with baking powder, add to the chocolate mass, beat until smooth.

Beat the egg whites to a stable foam, carefully, with a spatula, mix them into the chocolate mass.

We put the dough in a form (25×35), covered with parchment, level it, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until a “dry match”.

Sponge cake

We separate the whites from the yolks, beat them to a stable foam, add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well after each portion of sugar. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix the flour with cinnamon and baking powder, sift to the egg mass, carefully mix with a spatula.

Pour the dough into a form lined with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Apple mass

Peel the apples, remove the hard half, and finely chop. Put the apples in a deep pan, add half of the sugar and cinnamon, fry until soft.

Dissolve puddings in a glass of milk, mix well so that there are no lumps. We put the rest of the milk on the fire, add the rest of the sugar, bring it to a boil. Pour the diluted pudding into boiling milk, cook until thickened, stirring.

Add butter to hot pudding, mix well, add hot apples, mix again.

We collect the braid

We put the chocolate cake in the form, soak it with half of the tea, spread the hot apple mass on it, level it, put the biscuit soaked with the rest of the tea on top. Top with your favorite glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
