  • Whites – from 6 eggs (size C0 or L).
  • Sugar – 150 g.
  • Oil – 100 ml.
  • Flour – 150 g.
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp.
  • Cocoa – 50 g.
  • Apple – 200 g (after cleaning).
  • Milk chocolate – 100 g.
  • Milk – 50 ml.

Beat the egg whites to a stable foam, add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time at the highest speed of the mixer. As a result, we should have a smooth shiny mass, and all the sugar should dissolve. If you take a little beaten egg white on your finger and rub it, you should not feel sugar crystals.

Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder, sift.

Add half the flour and oil to the egg whites, mix gently with a spatula. Pour in the rest of the flour, mix again carefully.

Add a coarsely grated apple, mix again carefully.

Grease a 25 cm cake/bread mold with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold, bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes, until a “dry match”. Leave to cool, remove from the mold.

Add pieces of chocolate to well-heated milk. Leave for 30-60 seconds, mix well. Leave to cool a little, pour over the cake.
