  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • Powdered sugar – 50-70 g.

All the ingredients for chocolate chip cookies should be at room temperature.

Mix sugar, cocoa, coffee, salt and vanilla sugar, add oil, mix well. Add the eggs one at a time, beat well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift in portions until chocolate mass. Mix well so that there are no lumps. The dough should be thick (like thick sour cream) and homogeneous.

Cover the dough with a film, put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
