  • Flour – 300 g.
  • Sugar – 200 g.

Mix flour with sugar, cocoa, baking powder and soda, mix.

Grate zucchini on a coarse grater (do not squeeze), add eggs and oil, mix. Add the dry ingredients, mix well so that there are no lumps.

Lubricate a cake mold (28×8,5) with oil, spread the dough. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 40 minutes, “until a dry match”.
