Chocolate-nut muffins – preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients (sift the flour), mix all the liquid ingredients separately and pour into the dry ingredients. The most important thing in preparing the dough is a short and not very thorough kneading.

We bake cupcakes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until a “dry match”.
