  • sugar – 4 cups.
  • flour – 4 tablespoons.
  • cocoa powder – 6 tablespoons.
  • butter – 1 pack (200 g).
  • salt – ½ teaspoon.

To begin with, you need to toast the nuts in a dry pan. Separate the skin (if necessary, leave the nuts to dry. Grind the cooled nuts finely.

Mix the dry ingredients – sugar, flour and cocoa. We begin to pour milk in a thin stream and immediately stir the mixture intensively so that lumps do not form.

After we have completely added the milk, we put the pan on the stove on a low heat. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly so that it does not burn and does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Add butter, ground nuts, salt. We continue to cook until the desired consistency. Remove from heat and spread into sterile jars.

Chocolate-nut paste No. 2 – ingredients

  • flour – 4 tablespoons.
  • cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons.
  • hazelnut (or hazelnut) – 1 cup.
  • sugar – 1,5 cups.
  • salt – ½ teaspoon.
  • milk – 2 glasses.
  • butter – 100 g.
  • dark chocolate – 1 bar.
  • cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon.

Fry the nuts, grind them finely. Tremo dark chocolate on a coarse grater.

Mix cocoa, sugar and flour, carefully pour in milk, stirring constantly so that no lumps form.

Put on fire, bring to a boil, do not forget to stir constantly. Add butter, ground nuts, salt, dark chocolate and cinnamon. Boil until thickened. Pour into jars.
