Chocolate pancakes with bananas

Chocolate pancakes with bananas – a simple recipe for very tasty pancakes. These pancakes are prepared quite quickly. Cheese filling can be prepared in the evening. And in the morning your relatives will enjoy delicious pancakes.

Chocolate pancakes with bananas – ingredients

  • For the pancakes:
  • Milk – 1 glass (250 ml).
  • Dark chocolate – 40 g.
  • Cocoa – ½ tbsp.
  • Flour – ¾ cup.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Rum – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • For the filling:
  • Bananas – 5 pieces.
  • Cream pudding – 1 package.
  • Milk – 2 glasses.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar – 20 g.
  • Cheese (twice ground) – 200 g.
  • Powdered sugar.
  • Lemon juice.

Chocolate pancakes with bananas


Chop the chocolate, put it in a bowl.

Bring the milk to a boil, pour in the chocolate. Mix well for a minute, until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Leave until completely cooled.

Add flour, eggs, cocoa, powdered sugar, butter, rum, a pinch of salt to cooled milk with chocolate, mix until smooth.

Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.

Heat the pan well, grease it with oil or lard, fry the pancakes.


Add sugar and vanilla sugar to 1,5 cups of milk, put on the stove, bring to a boil.

Add the pudding to the rest of the milk, mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour the pudding mixture into boiling milk, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Leave to cool.

Beat the cooled pudding with grated cheese.

We start the pancakes

Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise, sprinkle with lemon juice.

We spread about 2 tbsp. of cream on a pancake, grease it, lay out half a banana, roll up the pancake.

Before serving, sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar.
