Chocolate sausage – ingredients

  • Cookies – 400 g.
  • Dark chocolate – 100 g.
  • Oil – 150
  • Cocoa – 3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk – 1 can.
  • Nuts (any) – 200 g.

Grind half of the cookies, break half into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Add nuts to the cookies, mix.

Melt butter and chocolate in a pan, add cocoa, mix everything well. Add condensed milk, mix. Boil until the “first bubbles”, as soon as it starts to boil, turn off.

Pour the finished mass into cookies with nuts, mix. Roll the mass into a film, forming a sausage.

When it cools down, put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Take it out of the freezer and taste it with chocolate sausage!
