We offer you a wonderful recipe for Southern Sunny coconut strips. The taste of such paska is incredibly bright and juicy. Thanks to coke milk, the aroma of paska is magical and the mood immediately becomes festive. Cook!

Recipe for cooking coconut paste
Let’s start cooking coconut strips from kneading the dough. Mix 100 g of flour, yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar and 150 ml of coconut milk. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Take all products out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature.
To the remaining flour, add salt, sugar, rising foam, eggs, remaining coconut milk and melted ghee. Knead a homogeneous soft dough with a mixer (5-7 minutes), add coconut shavings and cherry, and mix again. Leave the dough for of coke pasteto rise for 1 hours.
After 1,5 hours, the dough for coconut strips will rise and it must be kneaded again and left for another 1,5 hours. Then repeat the procedure once more. Together the dough for coconut strips should fit 3 times. Divide the dough and put it in the form (fill the form no more than 2/3, and better a little less). Leave the molds for another 30 minutes to set.
Cover the top of the forms with parchment. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a pan filled with water on the bottom of the oven. Bake coconut strips 40-50 minutes, until the skewer comes out dry.
Done! When coconut strips cool, decorate them as desired.
