Coconut roll without baking – a simple quick dessert The classic combination of cocoa, cookies and coconut is nothing new, but here it is served in a slightly unusual combination.

A few simple ingredients, 20 minutes spent and a delicious dessert for the whole family is ready.

  • Cookies “To coffee” – 250 g.
  • Cocoa – 20 g.
  • Sugar – 75 g.
  • Water – 100 ml.
  • Coconut shavings – 100 g.
  • Powdered sugar – 100 g.
  • Oil – 100

Coconut roll without baking – cooking recipe

Beat the soft butter with powdered sugar until you get a soft creamy mass. Mix a few spoonfuls of coconut into the oil. We postpone.

Grind the cookies (on a meat grinder or in a food processor), add cocoa, mix.

Pour sugar into a glass, pour boiling water over it, stir until the sugar is completely melted.

Pour the hot syrup into the cookies, mix everything to a homogeneous mass.

On a sheet of parchment, roll out the still warm chocolate mass, about 0,5 cm thick. Spread the coconut mass on top, level it. We twist the roll (from the long side).

Wrap the roll in cling film, put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
