Cookies with cream

A simple recipe for delicious and crunchy cream cookies, consists of only a few ingredients that are always at hand in the hostess.

Cookies are made on sour cream, smeared with protein and sprinkled with sugar. Such cookies taste best immediately after baking.

Cream cookies – ingredients

  • Flour – 140 g.
  • Oil – 125
  • Sour cream (20%) – 3 tbsp.
  • Yolk – 1 piece.
  • Vanilla essence.
  • Additionally:
  • Protein – 1 piece.
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp.

Cream cookies – recipe

All ingredients for cookies should be cold, only from the refrigerator.

Sift the flour, add cubed cold butter, cut with a knife until the butter crumbles.

Add vanilla, sour cream and yolk to the crumbs, quickly knead a homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in cling film, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm, cut cookies with molds. Grease the cookies with protein, sprinkle with sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
