Let’s start cooking Creme Brulee cake from baking cakes. To begin with, rub sugar with softened butter, add sour cream, flour, baking soda and knead elastic dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts: leave one as it is, and add cocoa to the other and mix well. Divide all the dough into 6 parts and roll out the cakes (3 white and 3 chocolate).
