Crisps in the oven – ingredients

  • Flour – 200 g.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil – 35
  • Yolks – from 2 eggs.
  • Thick sour cream – 3-5 tbsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Vanilla sugar, ground – 2 tsp.
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tsp.

Crisps in the oven – a cooking recipe

Sift flour together with salt and powdered sugar. Add cold butter, cut into cubes, cut with a knife until small butter crumbs are formed. Add yolks, mix, add sour cream one spoon at a time, knead elastic dough.

Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each into a thin cake. The thinner we roll out the dough, the crispier the crunches will be.

Cut the rolled out dough into strips, make a vertical incision in the middle and push one end of the dough into it. We put the formed crunches on a form covered with parchment. We fold the crisps so that they do not touch each other.

Bake the crisps for about 10-12 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. We keep an eye on the crisps, because they brown quite quickly.

After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
