Even our grandmothers used to bake (or rather fry) crisps. The crisps are prepared very quickly, and they are eaten even faster. We advise you to prepare them before cooking.

Crisps are ingredients

  • Flour – 200 g (+ for sprinkling).
  • Yolks – 6 pieces.
  • Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
  • Oil – 1 tablespoons
  • Alcohol – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil for frying.

Crispy – a cooking recipe

We knead the dough from the given ingredients.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Cover three pieces of dough with a cloth so that they do not dry out. Roll out one particle very thinly.

Cut the rolled out dough into strips about 4 cm wide.

Cut each strip into rhombuses, make a small incision in the middle.

We push one edge of the dough into the middle, carefully pull it out.

Place the formed crisps in portions in well-heated oil, fry for a few minutes until golden brown.

We remove the crisps from the oil, put the excess fat on a paper towel.

Sprinkle the still warm crunches with powdered sugar.
