Cutlets in waffles it is not difficult to cook at all, moreover, thanks to the waffles, the minced meat retains more juice than in ordinary cutlets. And with such cutlets, you can fool children who do not really like this dish.

A recipe for cooking cutlets in waffles

  • Warehouses:
  • Minced meat – 300 g.
  • Wafer blanks (circles, hexagons) – 30 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.
  • oil for frying.

  2. Peel the onion and pass it through a meat grinder. Add onions to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. We take the minced meat on a spoon and grease one wafer circle, put another one on top (it will look like a cookie inside with filling), press it with our palms.

  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
  6. Put a frying pan on the fire and pour a little oil into it. Wait 3-5 minutes for the oil to warm up well.
  7. Dip the cutlets on both sides in egg and fry on both sides, like regular cutlets.

Cutlets in waffles taste good both hot and cold.
