Delicate sauce from mini champignons

Gentle gravy with champignons tastes good to almost all mushroom connoisseurs. AND mini champignons add their charm and sophistication, turning it from a simple mushroom sauce into a real culinary work of art. Gentle sauce from mini champignons – ingredients

  • Champignons (mini) – 500 g.
  • Onion – 2 pc.
  • Sour cream – 350
  • Flour – 2 tbsp.
  • Water – 0.5 l.
  • Oil – 30 g.
  • Salt pepper.

Clean the onion and cut it into small cubes. Fry it in a pan with oil until golden.

Next, we cut the champignons into quarters or halves in order to preserve the beautiful appearance of the mini mushrooms, add them to the onion. We stew a little together, salt and pepper.

When the mushrooms and onions are slightly stewed, pour sour cream and mix well.

Add flour to cold water and add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir constantly until the sour cream and water are completely combined. Gravy will thicken due to sour cream and flour.

Boil, stirring occasionally for another 10 minutes. on low heat.

The finished sauce is served with a side dish or a meat dish.
