Today we will cook delicious and extremely appetizing dishes cheese donuts. Usually they are prepared in the form of balls, but today we offer a slightly different (more interesting) shape – with a hole in the middle.

Cheese donuts they turn out tasty, filling and are prepared quite quickly. Prepare them for tea and enjoy the taste. And if you have children, they will appreciate your efforts.

Delicious cheese donuts – ingredients

  • Cheese – 500 g.
  • Eggs – 4 pieces.
  • Oil – 200
  • Sugar – 150-200 g.
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp.
  • Soda – 1 tsp
  • Flour – 800-950 g.

Delicious cheese donuts – preparation

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, let it cool.

Add eggs, sugar, salt to the cheese, mix well, add melted butter, mix well again.

Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder and baking soda and add it to the curd mass. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands.

Heat the oil in a thick-walled saucepan (the donuts should float in it).

We roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-2 cm. We squeeze out circles with a glass, we make holes in the dough with a cork. Bagels come out.

Put the bagels in oil and fry until golden on both sides. We take it out and put it on a paper napkin. If desired, sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar.
