Delicious cinnabons with delicate cream

Cinnabon is a world-famous brand of cinnamon buns, which is already present in 54 countries. This is a warm roll, the dough of which is filled with the taste and aroma of cinnamon and covered with a special cream cheese fondant. Very fragrant, tender, tasty, airy pastry!

Preparation of cinnabons

Sponge:

Heat the milk, add sugar. Combine flour and yeast. If the yeast is dry, then it should be combined with flour, if pressed yeast – combine with milk. Flour should be pre-sifted to saturate it with oxygen. Combine milk with sugar and flour with yeast, mix to a uniform consistency. Cover with a towel, remove the steam for 30-50 minutes in a warm place.

Dough:

Break eggs, sugar in a bowl, mix. Add salt, steam. Mix again. Add softened butter, flour and knead the dough. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with a towel, leave to rise in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.

Toppings:

Combine sugar with cinnamon.

Fill:

Combine cream cheese, warm milk and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Form the cinnabons. Roll out the dough that fits in the form of a rectangle. You should get a layer of dough 60×45 cm. Spread the softened butter on the layer of dough and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle the butter evenly on top with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Turn the roll. Using dental floss, cut the roll into pieces 3 cm thick. Fold the edge of the dough under each cinnamon stick. Put on a baking sheet with parchment, cover with a towel, leave for 30-50 minutes in a warm place so that the dough will rise. Put the cinnabons to bake in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Take the finished cinnabons out of the oven and, while they are hot, pour the filling over them. Allow the cinnabons to cool slightly.
