Delicious hamburgers

Homemade recipe hamburgers “Taste” easier to prepare than it seems at first glance, and the taste will amaze everyone. Men will enjoy hamburgers with beer, and children with juice. So, record and cook.

Hamburgers “Smakota” – ingredients

  • Milk – 50 ml.
  • Water (40 degrees) – 40-50 ml.
  • Sugar – 10 g.
  • Olive oil – 10 ml.
  • Salt – 5 tsp.
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 200-250 g.
  • Dry yeast – 10 g.
  • Sesame – 30 g.
  • Minced meat (beef) – 350 g.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g.
  • Tomatoes – 200 g.
  • Lettuce leaves – 30 g.

The recipe for cooking “Taste” hamburgers:

For making buns for “Smakota” hamburgers it is necessary to dissolve yeast and sugar in a warm mixture of milk and water, leave for 5 minutes, then add oil, salt and egg, adding sifted flour and knead the dough. It should come out very soft, even if it sticks to your hands a little, this will make the buns more airy. Transfer the dough to an oiled pan, cover and hide in a warm place for 1 hour.

When our dough rises, transfer it to a table greased with oil. Oil your hands in the same way, so that it is better to work with the dough.

Importantly! Do not use flour anymore to mix the dough, so that it does not turn out too steep.

Divide the dough into 8-9 balls and form buns. Cover the baking tray with baking paper, transfer the buns and cover with foil and let them rest for another 10-15 minutes. Then turn on the oven at 200 degrees, flatten the buns a little, giving them a neat shape, brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put hamburger buns into the oven and bake until golden. When the buns are ready, take them out of the oven and, covering with a napkin, set aside for now.

Now let’s start the minced meat. Add to it an egg, salt and pepper to taste, mix. If you thought that the minced meat was too thin, you can add some breadcrumbs. Form round flat patties from the minced meat for “Smakota” hamburgers. When frying, they will shrink a little, so make them a little larger in size. Fry until ready in a grill pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. If you don’t have a grill pan, use a regular one, it won’t affect the taste.

Now we form ours homemade hamburgers “Smakota”. We take our buns, cut them in half, grease both halves with mayonnaise, then put a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, cutlet, a little ketchup, cheese, cover with the other half. It is recommended to serve them warm, so you can heat them in the oven or in the microwave.

Hamburgers can have a variety of fillings. You can add onions, pickles, French fries, mushrooms, Korean carrots, and the hamburger cutlet can be chicken, fish, or pork.
