Delicious mandarin pie

Today we will prepare a delicious and very easy to prepare mandarin pie. Such a cake will fill your home with an incomparable citrus aroma and will gather both children and adults at the family table.

Delicious mandarin pie – ingredients

  • Flour – 250 g.
  • Mandarins – 3 pieces (about 200 g).
  • Olive oil – 120 ml.
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – 180 g.
  • Baking powder – 10 g.
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
  • Raisins – 50 g.
  • Oil – for greasing the mold.
  • Salt – ΒΌ tsp.

Delicious mandarin pie – preparation

It is better to take tangerines without seeds for the pie. Just peel two tangerines, wash and steam the third one with boiling water, because we will use it whole, together with the peel.

If the tangerines still have pits, they must be removed beforehand.

Put tangerines in a blender bowl and grind to a smooth mass. Add oil to the tangerine puree and mix well.

Beat the eggs with sugar (150 g) and vanilla sugar to a fluffy light mass. Combine tangerine and egg mass, add sifted flour together with baking powder and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Add the raisins washed and dried on a paper towel and mix again.

Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with sugar so that it evenly covers the bottom and sides of the mold. We put the dough in a mold and send it to an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. We check readiness with a wooden stick.

We take the cake out of the oven, let it cool, and only then cut it into pieces.
