Dubok salad

Ingredients for preparing “Dubok” salad

  • canned mushrooms (small) – 1 can.
  • ham or boiled meat – 300 g.
  • eggs – 6-7 pcs.
  • mayonnaise – to taste.
  • green onion – to taste.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation of Dubok salad:

We boil the eggs in a cool. We cool them. Clean and cut into large cubes. Cut the ham or boiled meat into large cubes (as you like).

Open the mushrooms, drain the marinade and taste. If they are very sharp, then rinse with boiled cold water. Add the mushrooms to the other ingredients Oak salad. Finely chop the green onion. We send it to the salad.

Season the Dubok salad with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
