Eggplants baked with cheese

Recipe for cooking eggplants baked with cheese

  • Eggplant (medium size) – 4 pieces.
  • Cheese – 250 g.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Parsley.
  • Dill.
  • Basil.
  • Black pepper.
  • Salt.

Cut the eggplants lengthwise into halves, keeping the stalk. Boil them in boiling salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Put it in a colander and let it cool.

In a bowl, mix coarsely grated cottage cheese, hard cheese, egg, parsley, basil, garlic, dill, and spices. Remove a little pulp from the eggplant halves with a spoon and add it to the curd mass, mix.

Stuff the eggplant halves with cheese filling and send to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
