Eggs stuffed with sprats

Eggs stuffed with sprats – a delicious, proven combination of smoked fish and eggs. This method of stuffing is quite original and definitely unusual.

The only inconvenience cooking eggs stuffed with sprats, there is disassembly of the fish, separation of the fillet part. But believe me, it is worth it!

Eggs stuffed with sprats – ingredients

  • Eggs – 6 pieces.
  • Smoked sprats – 200 g.
  • Natural yogurt (thick) – 2-3 tsp.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tsp.
  • Pijon mustard – ½ tsp.
  • The onion is green.
  • Salt, pepper – to taste.

Eggs stuffed with sprats – recipe

Pour the eggs with water, put on the fire, when they boil, add 2 tbsp. salt with bitter, cook for 8 minutes (from boiling). Put the eggs in cold water, leave to cool, clean.

Cut 6 peeled eggs in half, remove the yolks, rub on a carrot grater.

Clean the sprats, separate the head, entrails and bones, add the separated fillet to the grated yolks. Add yogurt and mayonnaise and mash with a fork until smooth.

Finely chop green onions, we will need about 2 tablespoons, add to the finished mass, salt and pepper, mix.

We spread the mass into egg halves, decorate with green onions and sprat tails.
