Eggs with liver filling

Eggs with filling – one of the most common cold snacks. Each hostess prepares a snack in her own way. Smakota offers another recipe for stuffed eggs with liver filling.

Eggs with liver filling – ingredients

  • Eggs – 8 pcs.
  • Liver pate – 75 g.
  • Processed cottage cheese – 1 pcs.
  • Peeled walnuts – 10 pcs.
  • Bunch of green onions, parsley, dill.
  • Salt, pepper, mayonnaise.

Eggs with liver filling – recipe

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

Grate melted cheese on a fine grater, rub with pâté and egg yolks.

Finely chop nuts and greens.

Add the cut to the mass and season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Put the resulting mass into the egg whites and decorate with red pepper and canned corn.

Place on lettuce leaves and serve.
