Fairy fish is a fish marinated with spices, lemon juice, soy sauce and baked in the oven with onions, tomatoes and potatoes. Under a mayonnaise-cheese coat. Taste it, it’s a royal taste! A recipe for cooking fairy fish

  • Fillet of any fish – 250 g.
  • Medium-sized potatoes – 2-3 pieces.
  • Onion, medium size – 1 piece.
  • A small tomato – 1-2 pieces.
  • Hard cheese (grated) – 50 g.
  • Mayonnaise – to taste.
  • Lemon juice – from half a lemon (freshly squeezed).
  • Soy sauce – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper – to taste.
  • The greens are fresh.

Let’s prepare all the necessary ingredients. All products in the recipe are very simple and will be found in the refrigerator of every housewife.

It is necessary to defrost the fillet of any fish, according to your preference. The main thing is that the fillet is boneless. And then marinate this carcass with soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce over the fish and squeeze half a lemon. Then the fish should be salted, peppered and well coated with fish seasonings. You have been waiting for 30 minutes.

While the fish is marinating, peel the potatoes. Cut it into rings not very thick so that the potatoes are well baked. Then put it on the bottom of the vessel where you will cook the fish. It can be a frying pan and a special form for baking. Put an onion, also cut into rings, on top of the potato. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with a mixture of dried herbs.

Put the marinated fish on the potatoes with onions. The fish can be laid out whole, or it can be cut into several parts.

On top, put the tomatoes, cut into rings, and on top again – onions, also in rings.

Pour mayonnaise on top of all this beauty. And then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
