  • Apples – 5 kg.
  • For pouring based on 1 liter of water.
  • Honey – 1 cup.
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Cinnamon – 15 grams.
  • Cloves – 2 pieces.

Wash the apples and remove the stems. We put it tightly in a wooden barrel (if there is no barrel, you can use an ordinary enameled large pot).

We make the filling. We heat the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves, remove from the heat, let the syrup cool a little, add honey, stir until completely dissolved, add salt, cinnamon and cloves. Let the filling dry completely and pour it over the apples.

Cover with gauze on top and put a press. Let it stand in a warm place for ten days, and then take it out to the cold. After a month you can eat.
