We make an incision across the piece of meat (do not cut ¼ to the end). We unfold the meat like a book, beat well. Salt, pepper.

Season the minced meat to taste (salt, pepper, paprika, marjoram. ), add chopped garlic, mix well.

Finely chop the parsley, sprinkle the beaten meat.

Place thinly sliced ​​cheese on top of the parsley (it should cover almost the entire meat surface), retreat 1,5-2 cm from the edges.

Cut the onion and pepper into strips, put them in a row on the cheese. Spread minced meat on top. Sprinkle seasonings on top. Roll up a tight roll.

Tie the roll well with a string.

Wrap the roll in aluminum foil. Put in an oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for 20-30 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 140 degrees, bake for another 70-80 minutes.

Cool well in the refrigerator before serving.
